When Jed and I left for the hospital, my friend and her husband, Melody and Paul Aanderud, stayed with our kids for a couple of hours, and Melody made this cute banner with them. It says, "Welcome Home Mom & Charlotte!" and it was taped to the garage when we came home on Monday (May 7). On the banner, the C in Charlotte is also an S because Benjamin told Melody that we spelled her name with an S. He was so absolutely sure that Melody morphed the C and S together so that both bases were covered. So funny!
Anyway, it was a fun sign to come home to. Melody is such a sweet friend.
