Our theme last night was 'Exotic Ingredients'. So everyone brought something that had a unique and different ingredient in it.
I made a Frozen Mango-Cream Cake. It has a macadamia nut crust and the frozen mango-cream filling is made of two blended mangos, freshly squeezed orange juice & lemon juice, sugar, and gelatin, with whipped cream folded in.
We took a few pictures of some of the other things that were brought. Not everyone's dishes are represented since some people arrived late. And I don't think a picture of Jill's Italian Cream Sodas in the sponge-bob cups would have done that delicious beverage justice! ;)
