Home Depot Projects

We have been doing lots of fun Home Depot Projects this summer. The Home Depot hosts a children's project once a month, and they have also been at the local farmers market a few times this summer. The kids have fun building their project with hammer and nails, and then we go home and paint it.

This was Sammy's first time doing a project. He actually had pretty good aim with the hammer. :)

Eliza painted her card holder with a rainbow on the sides. She did a great job. It is actually quite pretty!

And here is his end product!

What a great idea for a summer project- how do you find time to do all these things! I bet the kids just love to go to these little workshops.

That's it. I have been trying to get griff to take Jack, but he has balked at the idea of Jack and a hammer. But he would LOVE that. I am taking him to the next one. :) That picture of Sammy covered in paint is the cutest thing ever.
